​Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 14 working days once you have received your order. All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging and tags attached, or a refund will not be issued.

All tights, socks, underwear and special orders are non returnable. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Goods must be sent postage paid. We recommend you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods, as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.

Refunds/Exchanges will be issued between 1-3 days once goods are received back. Refunds do not include postage costs.

Availability

We try to keep our stock system as accurate as possible. There may be occasions where an item has gone out of stock in the time between you placing your order, and your order being processed.

If an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, we reserve the right to cancel this item. We will refund you for the item(s) and dispatch the rest of your order.

To provide your email address on orders to allow you to receive order updates from couriers, and to track your parcels.

4.1 Weston Dancewear keeps a private database of all details belonging to our customers. Weston Dancewear staff are the only people who have access to it.

We will not sell or distribute your personal data to third parties except with your permission and authorisation of the law.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or data leakage, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the data we collect online.

5.3 We protect your data through secure transactions and never sharing your billing details with third parties. We use Shopify Payments to process transactions made with a credit/debit card.

5.4 We invite you to limit the collection or use of your personal data as follows: Whenever you are asked to fill out a form on the Site, click the checkbox to indicate that you do not want your information to be used for commercial purposes.
